Update permit Waterkracht Project

We are proud to announce that Flemish Minister for the Environment Jo Brouns has granted a permit for the Waterkracht project in Antwerp.

Steven De Schepper, investment director at Participatiemaatschappij Vlaanderen (PMV): “Now that we have the permit, we can start building the new pipeline network to the cooling water plant on the Covestro site,” says De Schepper. “Construction will take about a year and a half. We also still have to finalize the financing. I expect the entire project to be completed by the end of 2027.”
