First images of the new water treatment plant

We are proud to share the first images of the new water treatment plant that will be built for the Waterkracht project.

In this plant, membrane technology will be used to upgrade the delivered treated wastewater for further industrial purposes. Ekopak will build and operate the plant.

Water-link is providing a new pipeline distribution network in the port area, so that all industrial customers can use the circular cooling water.

PMV (de Participatiemaatschappij Vlaanderen) is co-financing the entire project, which will require more than a hundred million euros in direct and indirect investments.
